FRESHWATER MAKER – WASTE HEAT TYPE 蒸流法制水

The generators FONTEMAR ® are designed to produce freshwater containing less than 5ppm of TDS, from seawater using waste heat from the main or auxiliary engine cooling water.

Operation is based on a simple distillation principal. Seawater is boiled at low temperature under vacuum to create vapour. This vapour passes through a monel demister, where any droplets of water containing solids are removed, thus only pure vapour will enter into the condenser sea-cooled section. The use of non-ferrous materials, ensures long life and high water quality. The equipments produce 1,500 to 30,000 liters of freshwater per day.

FRESHWATER MAKER – Reverse Osmosis Type 逆渗透法制水

The MN 400 series have been specially designed for their installation in ships. MN 400 series are extraordjm inary compact and yet at the same time, they present easy accessibility to each components, thinking in mind of easy accessibility of pieces and simple maintenance.

1) High pressure of triplex ceramic plunger desing whit head manufactured in stainless steel 316 L. The pump possess an operation silent and with low level of pulsation. Valves and seats in stainless steel 316 L for maximum durability.
2) Silent blocks for silent running & Pulsation dampener for a very smooth operation.
3) Reverse osmosis spiral wound membranes in polyamide, the most long lasting, easy to clean and sterilize.
4) Electrical contact manometer for high pressure with mechanism in stainless steel 316 L.
5) System will automatically shut off when there is not enough feed water pressure for protecting pumps. Automatic low quality high TDS Salinometer (salt content). Electro valve with low quality product water discharge.
6) Totalizing working hour counter. Water counter for registration of the tons of water produced.
7) Pilot lamps for: Booster pump, high pressure pump, high quality product water and low quality product water. Contactors to 4 VOLTS AC with overload relay for protection of the booster pump and high pressure pump.
8) Transformer insulation with overload relay for maximum protection. V1 = 220/380 VOLT / V2 = 12/24 VOLTS. All electric system in robust box manufactured in fiberglass. IP 65.
9) All system mounted of form compact and robust on stainless steel frame for maximum durability.
